Klinik Medika Nusantara received many patient inquiries outside official working hours, but the admin team couldn't respond to all of them in real time. As a result, many prospective patients switched to other clinics due to slow responses, and appointment booking was still done manually by phone.

We integrated an automated reservation system built on Vue.js with a Laravel backend, paired with an AI Live Chat powered by the OpenAI API to answer common patient questions, check doctor schedule availability, and confirm appointments automatically around the clock.

As a result, the bounce rate from visitors arriving outside working hours dropped drastically since they were served instantly by AI, while the clinic's admin team could focus on cases that genuinely needed a human touch.
