Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Acceptance of Service

By ordering and using Website Development services from Bali Apps, you ("Client") are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all clauses of the Terms and Conditions written on this page without any coercion from any party.

2. Scope of Work

The scope of the design project, programming, number of pages, and artificial intelligence (AI) modules is strictly bound by the written agreement at the start of the project (Quotation / Invoice). Adding features mid-way or after the development cycle (Scope Creep) will incur a separate additional fee.

3. Intellectual Property Rights (IP)

The Client guarantees that all materials (written text, graphic assets, and logos) provided do not infringe on any third-party copyright. We are not responsible for any IP claims caused by materials supplied by the Client. The website source code becomes 100% Client property after final payment is settled.

4. Revision Policy

We provide a limit of a maximum of 3 (three) minor revision cycles (color changes, text replacement, button placement shifts) before the website is published (Go-Live). Revisions do not cover a complete overhaul of the base template/theme after the design lock has been previously approved.
