Refund Policy
(Refund & Cancellation Policy)
For the web-engineering intellectual services industry, a down payment (DP) reflects a guarantee that our programmers will pause other projects to prioritize completing your website build.
1. Down Payment Is Non-Refundable
In line with global software industry regulations, a confirmed and transferred Down Payment amount is non-refundable for reasons attributable solely to the Client (e.g., "I'm cancelling my business idea," or "I've run out of funds to continue"). The initial payment covers Server infrastructure procurement, Domain name registration, and initial UI framework design labor costs.
2. Refund Guarantee Due to Our Negligence
The Client has the legal right to file for a partial or full refund mediation IF:
- The Bali Apps team decides to abandon the project and goes completely unresponsive (MIA) for more than 30 consecutive days without explaining any emergency constraint.
- The delivered website system genuinely does not function, or a core feature (such as the Online Store API / main AI system integration) is unilaterally amputated by us and the deadline is exceeded far beyond a reasonable limit without any calendar revision negotiation.
3. Design Disputes
Subjective aesthetic disagreements ("I feel the font isn't pretty enough," "The color feels too dull," etc.) after the initial Mockup/layout has been approved are not a valid basis for triggering a 100% refund. For such matters, you are entitled to the revision allowance (Minor Revision) in line with our Terms of Service clause in our Terms & Conditions.
