PT Umah Bali Utama is a construction firm and property developer that needed a digital presence reflecting the quality and credibility of their work. Their old website was slow, and its photo gallery couldn't showcase high-resolution architectural detail without sacrificing page load speed.

We completely rebuilt the system architecture using React and TypeScript for a type-safe, easily maintainable foundation, paired with Tailwind CSS for a consistent, responsive interface across all devices. Our main focus was Core Web Vitals optimization — modern image compression (WebP), gallery lazy-loading, and trimming unnecessary DOM elements.

As a result, PT Umah Bali Utama now has a project portfolio gallery that loads quickly even with high-resolution photos, a significantly improved Core Web Vitals score, and a look that reinforces their position as a premium construction firm in the eyes of prospective clients.
